Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to express the importance of finance, explain in details how the financial tables are used, utilize financial techniques especially in investment decisions, make the student be aware of every single financial source has an cost and optimal source should be found by the help of financial techniques.

Financial management and functions. Time value of money, inflation rate and interest rate. Financial analyze, breakeven point analyze. Financial planning and control. Cash management. Budgeting of capital, capital cost and capital structure. Profit distribution policy. Credit and stock management.

2.Financial markets, tax and interest rates, the types of capital markets, financial institutions, the economic functions stock exchange
3.The time value of money, future value and present value of money, compound interest.
4.Financial analysis and control I

6.Financial planning, financial budgeting, financial forecasting.
7.Profit planning and control, break-even point analysis, assumptions of break-even point.

9.Special cases of break-even point, limitations of break-even point, the concept of leverage
