Objectives of the Course
To understand the definition of the oil, saturated and unsaturated vegetable oils and animal fats to give information about, the various oil crops grown in our country to give practical information about the cultivation and planting to harvesting to tell.

  1. Learn the relationship between diet and health by the quality of the oil.
  2. In the world and in Turkey oilseed cultivation area, production and yield will be informed about.
  3. Sunflower, soybean, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, poppy, safflower, jojoba, such as the pro-cedure and the linen will have a practical knowledge about the cultivation of oil crops.
