  1. This course gives the information about the production and trade of temperate zone fruits
  2. Ilıman iklim meyve türlerinde kullanılan çeşitler ve anaçlar konusunda bilgi sahibi yapar.
  3. Ilıman iklim meyve türlerinin beslenmesi, bakımı vb. konularda temel bilgileri öğretir.
  4. Dünyada ve ülkemizde ılıman meyve türlerinin yayılış alanları ve ekolojik istekleri hakkında bilgi kazandırır.
  5. Ilıman iklim meyve türlerinde budama ve terbiye sistemleri hakkında bilgi verir.
