Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to overcome the general knowledge of law by establishing a relationship between concepts and subjects that bear legal value within a certain system.

  1. To examine and comprehend the basic concepts of law, the properties of law rules.
  2. To understand the sources of law, its branches and the relations and differences between them.
  3. Learn the definition of the right, how it is won and lost.
  4. Definition of personality, types and protection of personality and learning about subjects of legal personality.
  5. Understanding contract types, representation relationships, liability issues and debt relations.
  6. Understanding the relationship between the state legislative, executive and judicial forces and each other.
