Definition of toxicology and its sub-disciplines, types of poisoning, interactions between toxic compounds, the relationship of doseconcentration-response effects, the factors which are affecting toxicity, toxicokinetic, the action mechanisms of toxic compounds, poisoning and toxicology assays, reasons, diagnosis, and therapy of toxicity, the main antidotes used for therapy.
