The aim of this course is to develop a common understanding of guidance in students, to introduce the principles and techniques of guidance, to understand the importance of guidance services in education

  1. Understands student personality services and, the place and importance of guidance in contemporary education system.
  2. Explain the kinds of guidance and service areas.
  3. Understands educational, professional and personal guidance services.
  4. Understands the importance of recognizing the students in education and explains how to use these techniques in recognizing the student.
  5. Explains the guidance services in special education.
  6. Explain the roles and duties of the teacher in the development of the school guidance program.
  7. Comprehends the organizational structure of guidance services and explains the duties of teachers in this structure.
