valuation of new product development ideas in food industry, product properties, sensory evaluation techniques, evaluation and documentation of new product concepts, results of design and determination of prototype product, determination of product specifications, formulation, ingredient and functional properties, recipe optimization, cost and content of existing products in terms of improvement, consumer acceptance tests, marketing strategies, determination of the shelf life and reliability of the end product, packaging selection and label design, market presentation and distribution, enrichment studies in various ways within the scope of functionalities of existing products.
