Objectives of the Course
Developping the professional English vocabulary capacity of the students. For this purpose, teaching the technical terms and definitions of geomatic engineering to the students and bring them to a level that they understand the technical papers easily and when necessary writing papers with their own expressions.

General statements related to geomatics. The terms related to the the measurement techniques and their English expressions. Adjustment calculus, optimization and statistical statements. GPS and GIS terms and definitions. Reading English papers and their interpretations. Techniques of preparing technical papers.
