Objectives of the Course
Objectives of the course are to understand cell, muscle cell, musculoskeletal system; contraction of muscle period, muscle fiber types and effects on athletic performance, training adaptations in muscle, muscle contraction types in different exercise, energy production in exercise, cardiovascular, respiratory, blood systems and physiological responses in acute and chronic exercises, analyzing and studying related journals

  1. Hücreyi, kas hücresini, organelleri ve işlevlerini tanımlayabilme, Motor sinir ve sinir iletimi ile kasılma süreci anlatabilme
  2. Fibril tipleri ve özelliklerini öğrenebilme, Motor ünite kavramı ve bağlı bulunduğu fibrille etkileşimini ve egzersizle değişimlerini anlayabilme,Kasılma çeşitlerini ayırt edebilme ve egzersiz sırasındaki kullanımlarını anlayabilme

  5. Tek bir egzersizde ve Düzenli egzersizler sonucunda dolaşım, solunum, kan sisteminde gözlenen değişimleri ve nedenlerini anlatabilme
  6. Sporcu kalbini, sporcu anemisini, çeşitlerini, özelliklerini anlatabilme, Kan basıncını tanımlayabilme ve egzersizin tipine göre değişimlerini ayırt edebilme

1.Cell (smooth, skeletal, cardiac), muscle cell, organelles, neuron, nerve impulse transition and entering to muscle, analyzing and studying related journals
2.Muscle contraction periods, sarcomere and structure, myofibers, sliding flaments theory, analyzing and studying related journals
3.Skeletal fiber and functions, common features, motor units, muscle fiber types, functions and responses in exercise, fiber distributions in body, analyzing and studying related journals
4.Muscle contraction types (isometric, concentric, eccentric, isokinetic) in exercise, muscle force, cross sectional area of muscle, hypertrophy, hyperplasia, analyzing and studying related journals
