Objectives of the Course
Pregnancy and lactation periods dietary requirement, common nutritional problems in this period, the mother's mental development, the effect of nutrition, newborn, premature, infant, preschool, school-age and adolescent characteristics, nutritional requirements, growth, evaluation, and properties of the importance of breastfeeding, child and properties of foods; childhood and adolescent nutrition and diet therapy problems, malnutrition, Malabsorbtions, infants and young children is to teach the basic principles of nutritional support.

  1. Gebe ve emziklilik döneminin besin gereksinimlerini bilir ve bireye özgü beslenme önerileri geliştirebilir.
  2. Okul öncesi ve okul çağı çocukların besin gereksinmelerini bilir. Çocuğa özgü bireysel beslenme önerileri yapabilir. Büyümesini değerlendirmeyi bilir.
  3. 0-1 yaş döneminin fizyolojik özelliklerini tanır. Bebeğin sindirim sistemine uygun beslenme şekillerini bilir. Doğal, yapay ve karışık beslenmenin esaslarını bilir ve yerinde uygular.
  4. Adolesan döneminin enerji ve besin ögesi gereksinimlerini bilir ve bireye uygun menü planlayabilir.
