Objectives of the Course
In this course, the concept of state formation and development, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, philosophers such as the contributions and opinions of the concepts of state and democracy, the state doctrines, their similarities and differences of each other, the emphasis is on issues such as the Middle Ages and the Modern Age 'Christian and Islamic civilizations of the political referred to the overall appearance of thought. In addition, the emergence of a liberal understanding of the state of the nation state, the parliamentary system, democracy, sovereignty and conceptions of the rule of law, first at the national level, and then dealt with globalization in the international arena. Also the understanding of the Ottoman state, the discussions analyzed the structure of the Ottoman-Turkish society. In short, society and the state in the historical process of how to convert the contents of the concepts discussed.
