Objectives of the Course
In this course, we attempt to understand the complexity of religion and the differences among societies. In the first weeks, we overview theories of religion and society and then examine different discussions on socioeconomic and cultural differences among society In the latter part of the weeks, we explore the way of understanding religion in contempory societies.
