Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course, the basic concepts of organizational behavior and human relations within the framework of working life and behavior to facilitate learning. Processes for solving various problems faced by the management of working life, the psychological sub-structure will be discussed.

  1. Students will learn the psychological processes encountered at work in the course.
  2. Students will have discuss the conflict and stress that threaten peace and security in organizational life, such as problems and proposals.
  3. Understand the importance of human relationships and empathy for the solution of problems.

1.Introduction to psychology, organizational behavior and management. Basic concepts and theories of managerial contributions to the psychology of management
2.The discipline of organizational behavior, interests, development and effects.
3.Organizational culture: the concept, principles, types and theoretical research on organizational culture.
4.Cohesion among the staff to be provided with the business.
5.Operating conditions: Monotony, physical conditions, etc..
6.Conflict Management: Conflict and its reasons, sources, types, and conflict resolution.
7.Organizational Stress: Stress concept, symptoms, results and solution methods.
8.Exhaustion (burnout): Organizational burnout, its causes and consequences.
9.Mobbing: Organizational, bullying, mobbing practitioners, victims, causes and consequences.
10.Organizational change: Değilşim concept of the need for change, challenges and theories of change

12.Leadership: Leadership concept, the leaders of features and functions, theories of leadership, impact and results.
