Objectives of the Course
This purpose of this course is to provide good to know the basic concepts psychology, as well as, in the field of sport, research on the factors that affect behavior and performance in sport, understanding the importance of sports psychology and sports sciences.

  1. Recognize the history of sport psychology and the fields of work of sport psychologists and to do new researches on these fields
  2. To be able to learn and apply cognitive processes of psychology related to the perception of attention, concentration and attention
  3. To be able to comprehend the reflection of personality concept to sports environment
  4. To be able to define stimulation and motivation and to teach ways to increase motivation
  5. To be able to define the concepts of leadership, self-confidence and self-efficacy in the Sport
