Objectives of the Course
This course provides an essential grounding in the basic principles of light microscopic techniques relevant to both beginners in microscopy and to those who wish to extent their knowledge of basic principles and more specialized techniques. It covers the principles involved in light microscopy, the equipment required, various types of staining methods and major applications and techniques in histochemistry.
