Objectives of the Course
It covers a detailed examination of the specific, defined histological characteristics of the four basic tissues (epithelium, connective tissue, muscle and nervous tissue) of the body. It also deals with the specific staining methods that are used to demonstrate these tissues and their components.

  1. Öğrenciler dokuları tanımlayan yapısal ve fonksiyonel bilgileri ifade edebilirler.
  2. Öğrenciler epitele ait dokuları diğer basit dokulardan ayıran yapısal ve fonksiyonel bilgileri ifade edebilirler.
  3. Öğrenciler bağ dokuyu diger doku çeşitlerinden ayıran çeşitli yapısal ve fonksiyonel bilgileri tanımlarlar.
  4. Öğrenciler yağ dokusunun ve diğer tüm dokuların farklı fonksiyonel özelliklerini onların yapısal özelliklerinden ayırabilirler.
  5. Öğrenciler kıkırdak dokunun çeşitleri arasındaki farklılıkları ve benzerlikleri tanımlarlar.
  6. Öğrenciler bir bağ doku çeşidi olan kemik dokuyu hücre çeşitleri,fibrilleri ve yapısal maddeleri ile birlikte tanımlarlar.
  7. Öğrenciler kas doku çeşitlerini tanımlarlar,onları yapısal ve fonksiyonel olarak karşılaştırırlar,insan vücudunda yerlerini belirlerler.
  8. Öğrenciler sinir dokusunun çeşitli fonksiyonel ve yapısal özelliklerini isimlendirirler.
  9. Öğrenciler dokuların sınıflandırılmasında kullanılan kriterleri tanımlarlar.
  10. Öğrenciler hangi hücrelerin çevresel degişikliklere adapte olduklarını ifade ederler.
  11. Students demonstrate knowledge of the mechanisms by which cells adapt to changes in their environment .
  12. Students demonstrate knowledge of the nomenclature of these adaptations that will be widely used in the study of normal and pathological structures.
  13. Students demonstrate knowledge of the different criteria for the classification of tissues.

4.Fixation, washing tissue, dehydration, clearing at epithelium, connective tissue and blood electron microscopy
5.Semi-thin, thin sectioning from prepared blocks from epithelium, connective tissue and blood
