Objectives of the Course
Objectives of the course are to understand cell, muscle cell, musculoskeletal system; contraction of muscle period, muscle fiber types and effects on athletic performance, training adaptations in muscle, muscle contraction types in different exercise, energy production in exercise, cardiovascular, respiratory, blood systems and physiological responses in acute and chronic exercises, analyzing and studying related journals

  1. To know the acute responses of the physiological systems to the exhalation.
  2. Understand the interactions between different systems.
  3. Explain the changes in the responses to the exhaust in different conditions
  4. To understand the relationship between sport branches and physiological changes.
  5. To be able to discuss which physiological systems different training will affect
  6. To know the bases of effective factors in exercise performance.
