Human anatomy, massage movements, application methods and methods of learning, To know the main principles of the assessment of exercise performance, to know the differences the effects of exercises in different gender and age groups, Students will develop their skills in prescribing and delivering exercise programs to promote health and fitness for those within the community with specific needs
